Every clock or clock kit is made to order in limited batches. Whether you are choosing the 12 second, the 20 second or 30 second versions, each Rolling ball clock is available in either 18k gold or plain brass with the option of being supplied fully built or as a fully machined self assembly kit. Occasionally we hold some stock however generally the lead time for delivery will based on where we are on the current production run. This can be anywhere from 1 month to 3 months for delivery. Should you need your clock or your clock kit quicker, for maybe a birthday or special occasion, then please contact us and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

Whether buying your clock built or as a kit, once set up and running, seeing and hearing the ball travel down the tray for 30 seconds is both compelling and hypnotic. Although never originally designed as great time keepers they are interesting to watch, make an amazing talking point and wonderful display item that look amazing in any home or office.

Kit contents and build:

All clocks and clock kits are fully machined. They come in either plain brass or 18k gold plated. A full set of assembly instructions is supplied, along with a small screwdriver, an oiling needle, some clock oil plus a ball and winding key. No machine tools or previous clock building experience is required.

Included as standard:

Each clock supplied is uniquely numbered, includes a Kits4Clocks name plate and comes complete with a standard base (no drawer) and surrounding case.

Plain brass disclaimer:

Please note: The plain brass clock is designed to be built as plain brass. Although some parts can be ‘self polished’ the main workings of the clock come pre-assembled for accuracy and taking this apart to polish voids the warranty. Should you want a highly polished clock then the 18k gold version is the option to choose.
